Since early 2025, the rise in import tariffs and the continuous increase in ingredient costs have created significant challenges for many restaurants, including ours. While many restaurants adjusted their prices at that time, we chose to absorb the additional costs for over a year because we believe everyone should be able to enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine at an affordable price. However, with new tariffs and rising operational costs across the restaurant industry this year, we regret to announce that we will need to make small adjustments to a few of our special deals in the coming months. Starting April 1, the Hibachi Lunch Special will be adjusted from $9.99 to $10.99. Additionally, some items on our main menu that rely on ingredients with significant price increases — such as beef and certain seafood — may see minor price adjustments over the next few months. In keeping with our commitment to making our food accessible to everyone, all menu items not affected by these cost increases will remain at their current prices. We sincerely hope that everyone who has dined at Fuji — and those who plan to visit in the future — will understand and support this difficult decision. At the same time, we remain committed to delivering the best possible quality in both food and service, and we will continue working hard to improve and serve you better every day.
